1. About This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ZixelPuma (the "Game") handles information when you use it and related services. The Game is developed and published by Alifanov Konstantin, an individual developer registered in the Russian Federation, operating under the name "Faltkost" ("we", "us", "our").
We aim to collect only information that is reasonably necessary to operate, improve, support, secure, and monetize the Game.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on your device, platform, region, settings, and the services enabled in the Game, the following categories of information may be processed:
- Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, country or general region, and technical identifiers made available by the operating system or integrated services.
- Gameplay and usage information, such as game sessions, progress, levels, interactions, feature usage, and other in-game events.
- Diagnostics information, such as crash data, performance information, and technical error information.
- Analytics information generated through Firebase Analytics, including events and information used to understand how the Game is used and to improve it.
- Purchase information relating to in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the applicable platform provider. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Platform gaming information made available through services such as Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center when those services are used.
- Advertising-related information when advertising is enabled, which may include advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and information used to deliver, limit, measure, or improve advertising, subject to applicable law, platform rules, and your consent choices where required.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- provide and maintain the Game;
- save or synchronize supported game functionality through platform services;
- understand gameplay and improve game design, balancing, stability, and performance;
- detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical problems;
- process and validate in-app purchases through the relevant app store;
- provide and measure advertising where advertising is enabled;
- protect the Game and its users against abuse, fraud, and security threats;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
4. Analytics
ZixelPuma uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to help us understand how the Game is used. Firebase Analytics may process app-instance identifiers, device and app information, usage events, and related analytics information according to Google's applicable terms and privacy documentation.

5. Advertising
ZixelPuma may display advertising provided by third-party advertising or mediation services. The specific advertising provider may change as the Game develops.
Advertising providers may process device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from technical information, and information about ad impressions, clicks, or other interactions. Where applicable law or platform rules require consent for personalized advertising or tracking, the Game will request the required choice before such processing is enabled.
On Apple platforms, where advertising or analytics providers use IDFA for tracking, the Game will request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before such tracking occurs.
6. In-App Purchases
ZixelPuma may offer in-app purchases. Transactions are processed by the store through which you obtained the Game, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. Faltkost does not directly receive or store your full payment card information.
We may receive transaction-related information necessary to confirm a purchase, restore supported purchases, provide purchased content, prevent fraud, or provide support.
7. Google Play Games and Apple Game Center
The Game may use platform gaming services, including Google Play Games Services and Apple Game Center, for supported platform features. Information processed through these services is also subject to the privacy terms of the applicable platform provider.
8. Accounts
ZixelPuma does not currently require or provide a separate Faltkost user account.
9. Sharing of Information
We may share or allow processing of information by service providers where necessary to provide the functions described in this Policy. These may include analytics providers, app stores, platform gaming services, advertising providers, and technical service providers.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the Game or related business assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. Where advertising is enabled, certain information (such as advertising identifiers) may be considered "shared" for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable US state privacy laws (e.g., CPRA), even though no money is exchanged. Where such laws apply, you may have the right to opt out of this sharing by contacting us at info@faltkost.com.
10. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the Game, to meet legal or accounting requirements, to resolve disputes, and to protect the security and integrity of our services.
Retention periods may also be determined by third-party services and platform providers that process information on their own systems.
11. International Data Processing
Service providers used by the Game may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers in accordance with applicable data protection law.
12. Children's Privacy
ZixelPuma is rated for a general audience (all ages) and may be accessed by children as well as adults. We do not knowingly require children to create an account or provide personal information beyond what is technically necessary to operate the Game.
Where the Game or platform identifies a user as a child under the applicable age of consent (e.g., under 13 in the United States under COPPA, or the relevant age threshold in your country), we limit the collection and use of information for that user: we do not serve personalized/behaviorally-targeted advertising, and analytics and advertising identifiers are processed only to the extent permitted for child-directed or mixed-audience use under applicable law and platform policy (including the Google Play Families Policy and Apple's guidelines for apps directed to or likely to be accessed by children).
Parents and guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to us in a manner not permitted by law can contact us at info@faltkost.com to request review, correction, or deletion of that information.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which can include the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To make a privacy request, contact us at info@faltkost.com. We may need information sufficient to understand and verify your request. Because ZixelPuma does not currently use separate Faltkost accounts, our ability to identify information relating to a particular player may be limited.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
15. Third-Party Services
The Game may interact with third-party services whose handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. These currently include or are expected to include:
- Google Firebase / Firebase Analytics;
- Google Play and Google Play Games Services on Android;
- Apple App Store and Apple Game Center on Apple platforms;
- an advertising or mediation provider, once selected.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its integrations, legal requirements, or our privacy practices change. The current version will be published at this address and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
